This is almost too good to be true! Sucha deal.  A sale on Norma Kamali swimsuits just showed up on my radar system. I just ordered the Norma Kamali original Swimsuit ( as seen in Vogue, Sex and the City, and Mamma Mia) for $98.00 US.  Word: This is not the Walmart version.  This was a special offer that I received today in the mail, and hey, I pointed and click right over to NK and ordered one in Black.  This is The Recessionista way, me first, then everyone else.  As my old boss used to say, "If I can't help myself, then I can't help anyone else!' :) Yeah, that's right, I got greedy with the savings. I had to order first before I told anyone else.  But now the secret is out.  NK swimsuits usually retail for about $300.00 USD.  Grab it while you can! :)

Evangelion Eva Unit 1 Plamo Kit Released

The last new release from Bandai Hobby Division for this month - Evangelion Eva Unit 1 ["Evangelion: 2.0 You Can (Not) Advance" Ver.] was out yesterday for 3,800 Yen (exclusive of tax).








A lot of unused parts from the previous version's runners. ^^;

Sci-fi Revoltech Gamera & Gyaosu Previews

A preview on Kaiyodo's upcoming Sci-fi Revoltech No. 006 Gamera and No. 007 Gyaosu:



Mouth can be opened.




The shell on the abdomen is made of soft material, enabling the body to be bent.




Part swapping to attach the Plasma Fireball effect part to the mouth and rocket ignition effect part for the flight pose.




Neck can be bent to a wide angle to show a more natural flight pose


Mouth can be opened.



Wings are made of soft material. With Revoltech joints in the middle, the wings can be posed more expressively.




The base of the tail can be opened/closed.




A miniature figure of Gyaosu is included and can be used to show the descend of the monster from far view.
