Canadian label JUMA developed by Alia Juma (Design Director) and Jamil Juma (Creative Director) a couple of years ago are doing quite remarkably. Their fall/winter collection for men is laden with knits, harem pants and interesting tees. There seems to be a lot detail put into the collection. So much is going on both in the front part and back of the tees.

Israeli American New York based Yigal Azrouel is one designer who gives me oxygen. His silhouettes and relaxed giving off a modern boho look & that’s the reason why I love him. Most of his tees in this collection have raw edges, which are showing up a more often in men’s fashion and style. I also adore the fused shorts; absolutely fantastic. Head on to Forward.

Primark added more products to their Mens wear collection. You would notice bold stripes clothing gaining loads of momentum on the fashion radar and Primark responded swiftly by stocking striped cardigans and tees :o]

Jeffrey Ammeen, creative director for Haspel – the 100-year old company famous for inventing the seersucker suit and now in the process of re-launching itself – incorporates seersucker into his wardrobe without looking like he is in a barbershop quartet. “I have an eclectic personality and I think that shows in how I dress,” says Jeffrey. “Rather than wearing a completely uniform look – in this case, seersucker, I prefer to wear it in a more non-traditional way by pairing a seersucker blazer with rolled up jeans or a casual v-neck tee.”
Jeffrey is a former professional musician and among his favorite accessories are his leather and silver bracelets – he wears several on each wrist. “Those bracelets coupled with anything seersucker is how I make seersucker my own.” In many ways, it speaks to who he is as both design director for the company that is legendary for making preppy looks de rigueur at Ivy League campuses and as someone with a rock star edge.

Master tailors Gieves & Hawkes are sticking to a more traditional palette with navy, grey and black in patterns that range from striped to plaid for their spring summer 2010 menswear tailoring collection. Slightly boxy silhouette but if you look closely they seem to be cinched in a bit at the waist in a Tom Ford-ish signature way that I’m feeling.

The Winter 2010 collection from Christian Westphal has a refined aesthetic with slashes of Renaissance heroes from the paintings of Tizian and El Greco. The cuts, colors, silhouettes and attitude of the Italian Renaissance paintings is the inspiration for the Autumn Winter 2010 collection
